No-Fault Claims

There are a number of reasons why outsourcing No-Fault claims can be efficient, effective and affordable. Outsourcing does not always mean paying costly attorney fees to effectuate collections for a claim. Many claims do not require the use of an attorney and can be collected by the expert staff of Medical Receivables Billing Group (MRB) for significantly less than a standard attorney fee. In addition, many attorney offices are not equipped to handle large volumes of referrals.

Understanding the No-fault regulations of a particular state is essential to getting claims moved through the system without unnecessary delays. Often times payments received are not in accordance with your managed care contract or state regulated reimbursement which includes the fee schedule, total charges or level 1 and 2 trauma care if applicable.

All Managed Care payments are reviewed by our staff to ensure that you received the correct reimbursement allowed based on your contract. Our relationships with these carriers give us the ability to collect all underpayments promptly. If a claim is payable under a state regulated fee schedule, MRB will expertly review the payment to ensure you received the maximum reimbursement allowed. Our expertise in calculating the reimbursement for these types of claims, allows us to confidently pursue and collect underpayments. This additional revenue stream often offsets a portion of the collection costs.
As part of our full range of services, MRB will review all accounts that are missing billing data and contact the appropriate party to obtain the necessary information required to submit the claim. In addition, where applicable, MRB will submit claims to the secondary and tertiary carrier for a total recovery of your claim balance. This includes using our own in-house Epremis billing system to submit your claims to Medicare or other payors.

MRB has a proven track record of achieving and surpassing the collection goals set forth by our clients. We achieve these goals because your claims are processed rapidly, accurately and efficiently due to our expertise in managing this type of specialized receivable for over 40 years.

Let MRB manage your No-Fault receivable to ensure that your institution is receiving the maximum reimbursement and revenue allowed for these claims.
